Bucharest, June 17, 2025 – JASILL Group, an innovative company in the field of tax consultancy, accounting, audit, and human resources, announces the completion of a strategic transaction through which it has integrated EXCELCONT into its structure—one of the longest-standing entrepreneurial accounting and HR firms in Romania.
This acquisition marks the natural continuation of the strategic partnership initiated in 2017 between the two companies, which have collaborated consistently over the years in delivering outsourced solutions to clients across various industries. Following the transaction, Monica Predescu, founder of EXCELCONT, will join JASILL as a Partner in the audit department, actively contributing to the expansion of the group’s expertise in financial verification and compliance.
